new toy plenty of rain

ok so i have took a step into the age of new technology with a gps. the thing is way cool wont make you any faster might actually make you slower by looking at all the cool info it gives you. one thing for sure i have to go out and by mounts for all my bikes. i was so fired up to try it out i went and rode for 90 min yesterday in the rain. it will take all the guess work out of just how steep or hard any hill is. it gives total distance of climb grade % and anything else you want it to do it even tells you when its going to get dark. so with all that info wangs idea of how to train is about the best i have heard go hard when it feels right rest when you think you need to. so with all that im out of here to go hang out in my basement and try to survive the rain and 35 deg. which is about the worst mix of weather for cycling then i can drink beer and watch wangs fav. sport
